酒店前台服务人员感觉不是很专业，对话全程没有微笑，询问可否给多一张房卡，其中一名前台工作人员头也不抬说“没有，我们不够房卡”，非常不礼貌。房间空调不给力，而被子又太厚，入住体验不是很好。
