这家酒店的餐厅好，吃的好。但是我想利用这个平台给这家酒店提点建议。我在这家酒店住时发现不能开窗户通风就去找前台服务员，要求开一点点窗户通空气，这也符合目前的防疫措施，也更加绿色环保，特别是我们岁数大的人不愿意开空调，更愿意开窗户。但是前台服务员告我不能开，因为怕外面下雨雨水淋进窗户将装修的墙壁纸弄坏了，还说开窗户不安全，让我写一个保证书，承诺如果开了窗户发生的一切后果及墙纸弄脏了我要全权负责并赔偿。当我看到了这个保证书以后完全呆住了，这是一个以人为本的酒店吗？不是，是一个以墙紙为本的酒店，保证书上仅仅让用户开30分钟的窗户，可是将酒店和客户的鸿沟拉开了，窗户用技术手段可以使它开的缝隙小这就安全了，更可以使窗户避免漏雨水，而不应该让用户按照你们的意愿去做。你们回家问问你们的父母问问你们的爷爷奶奶他们愿意开窗户还是愿意开空调。这么没有人情味的酒店能让银发阶层的人为你们加油吗？
