酒店位置不是在市中心，但自己开车的话没什么问题，好停车！房间很宽敞，还有露台，不过露台是和隔壁相连的，不太好，没有安全感，隔断的就好了！早餐花样不是很多，但有当地的豆浆粉和拌面扁肉，也够吃了！总体感觉不错，下次还会再去！

在建瓯市实在没什么酒店，挑了很久，最后选了这家，一般般吧，露台房外面的露台就是这样的，和其他十几个房间露台都是通的

酒店设施不全，水龙头坏的，灯坏的，还是我让人过来修好的。枕头少了，露台房就是标间?露台还是和其他房间通的，没有安全感。哎，而且价格又贵，不符合这个价格。

早餐一般，粥面小菜鸡蛋都有，没什么特别的。
因为酒店有点偏，第一天出门叫车得步行十几分钟才能坐到车，加上天气热，真的不方便出行，所以留了的土师傅的电话，提前电话来接，可保安不让的士进大堂门口，师傅就交代保安他在酒店路边等，我们准点下楼找不到🚗，保安竞然也不说，大热天的让师傅和我们干等，后来才电话联系上🙃

福兴福酒店的经营管理方式不是很地道，这么热的天，到了后半夜就悄悄关了中央空调，不到六点就被热醒了。在小县城有了这么高的房价，难道空调费用还要来算计客人吗？这样的经营肯定会出问题的！

酒店在建瓯属于当地最好的，房间很大，卫生设施也还可以，床很舒服，就是浴室漏水，酒店早餐不怎么样种类太少。
