酒店硬件装修在普宁算是高档的了，服务也不错，每次回来基本住这。卫生方面希望可以再提高一些，被套今年是明显不如新建的冠盛新净。春节期间早餐实在差强人意，最爱的汤粉取消了。

早餐还可以，停车方便，网上订房当心上当，优惠价看清不含早并且要0点后入住，199，含双早227还可以，服务员态度没人情味，我住了2天，退房了再在网上定的，不看清定了199元一晚的，网上不能退不能换，夜里11.40了还不能入住。太没人情味了，本来每次来普宁都住这里，住了几十次了，下次来还能住这里吗？

这个酒店服务真的不错，还有免费接送服务，酒店设施干净，就是插座设置不够理想，不够用，卫生间挂东西的不够多，能改进就最好，其他的很好，值得推荐。
