入住当天，送了欢迎水果，赶上了中秋节，还有一块月饼，挺温馨的！哈哈哈！除了立顿的袋泡茶和速溶咖啡以外，还有一罐茶叶，这还挺爽的，接点泉水回来，刚好可以泡茶喝，哈哈哈！楼梯间还有免费的瓶装水可以取，很是方便！二楼有洗衣房和健身房在一起，洗衣机带烘干功能，洗衣服很方便！酒店的自助早餐很丰盛，早上7点开餐，味道很赞，充满能量出去就是玩！！！所有的服务人员，态度都很好，原本只是打算住两天再换其他地方，住进来以后，就不打算换地方了，又续住了两天！

离大明湖和趵突泉都不是很近，但是看是今年新开的酒店，想着比较新环境卫生应该都可以。结果房间太小，居然没有能打开箱子的地方，不适合外出旅游带行李的游客，浴缸漏水，一放水满地是水。服务员倒是很热情，电视没有网来来回回耐心调试了几次。早餐还可以，比较方便。空调出风口对着浴缸，设计感觉不合理。

交通：非常方便，可以步行。卫生：新酒店，非常干净。环境：门口有吃饭的地方，有公交车。服务：服务周到，有早餐，有矿泉水，有免费酸奶，有小面包。有送餐机器人。

非常棒的酒店，是我这次出行所住的近十家酒店中最好的，卫生很好，服务更好，尤其是小飞妹妹热情细致，酒店细节做的很好，以后出行这家酒店是首选
