  卫生设施很齐全 很新 很干净 保洁大姐很热情 但矿泉水不要再放在厕所了 早餐很可口很丰富 大姐手艺不错 推荐牛肉粉配单面煎溏心蛋 停车和叫车很方便 可以停到大堂门口 方便出行 中心城区 离火车站和商圈很近 酒店出门左转一条街全是美食 吃完溜达500米去火车站 但是前台工作人员的态度还是有待优化 入住时的前台还很客气 也很注重细节 但退房时的工作人员略显差异 询问前台是否有口罩和袋子 回复没有口罩 但有袋子 办完退房 我说谢谢 前台头都没抬 一声没吭的干着自己的事 不是我把自己看得多高 只是作为高级酒店 大家心里会对服务有不一样的标准 更何况普通的回应有多难呢

  荆门海港城酒店地处市中心靠近象山景区，龙泉公园很值得一游。酒店设施齐全，房间布置典雅舒适，上下楼方便。早餐免费供应，花色品种多，味道不错。特别是前台服务态度好、耐心，我们游览漳河风景区回店超时了一点也没说要加收费用，反而安慰我们说没关系，体现出一切为顾客着想而不是一切向钱看，让人觉得宾至如归的感觉！好！我愿意为她们点赞！
