  卫生一般，洗手台没有打扫干净，洗手池里是洗抹布后的沉渣，洗手台上还有上位住户的长头发丝，自助早餐很简单，上的餐食补给不及时，有残羹剩饭的感觉体验感不好。所有服务人员没有统一制服，分不清是住客还是服务人员，也有优点窗帘是自动的，床住的舒适，投影清楚，其他的都还不错

  朋友推荐来这里住的，说特别好，价位也合理。来了以后发现房间很大，装修简约时尚，干湿分离，床，洗澡水等等都挺好用的，还有自助洗衣房，针线盒，睡衣，雨伞，洗面奶，等等，免费矿泉水咖啡茶，丰富的自助早餐，总之就是很合适了。服务态度也特别好，我们东西落在酒店客服专门打电话来告知。有朋友来平遥，我们也推荐他住美豪了。
