房间小，设施陈旧，好恶心的酒店，谁住谁知道。不要被别墅区误导，实际是每栋房都可从大马路上进入，半夜12点有人敲门，门锁还是坏的，投诉到前台，态度很恶劣，果断退房

房间小不说，要步行到房间走路几公里，服务态度差，吹风机都要客人走几公里到前台交200押金自提，自助的早晚餐都没当客人是人吃的东西，定房时有晚餐包含到酒店前台就说不含晚餐自购，入住这价钱的酒店中最垃圾的一间。

灾难呀，入住就是受罪，这酒店05年开业不久跟团游住过1次，今年孩子10岁自驾游再次入住，感觉完全是天上地下，才到酒店门口就有黄牛类的来问有没有预定，说肯定比艺龙便宜，7月初艺龙价180返20，不知能便宜多少。到店报艺龙预定，前台查了半天说没查到，还对艺龙很惊讶，说艺龙单子非常少。最后前台电话领导说补单什么的总算入驻了，一开门就一股腐臭味，打开窗户散味，外面蚊虫又横飞，想开空调却没空调，房间小，床前的通道只能侧着走，就这么压抑的房间床头柜上放的台灯体积和小坛子差不多，东西都没地方放。被子每床2床，全是湿漉漉的，6个插头4个坏掉。后来我明白了，当地酒店气候常年湿冷，没必要装空调，反而每床垫了电热毯。也不知那个天才在浴室内设置了木质地垫、牙具盒等，多年来渐渐在这种环境中腐烂，嗅到的就是这味道，隔壁房间也是一样。孩子翻腾到2点才睡着。吃的方面，晚饭质量就我这个对吃基本不讲究的人也难以下咽，酒店由不少栋3层石楼组成，1楼是商店或饭店不少关门，有的饭店门口还挂个牌子：住宿请进。搞不懂。吃的贵，烧烤1根火腿肠6块。第二天8点半左右去吃早饭，服务员已在收拾了，说结束了。**，我自驾游不是跟团赶早。
