  櫃檯的服務很親切到位，有著傳統的服務精神。不是只有冷冰冰的問答而已，感受就像回家一樣， 至於電梯位子可以做個引導，服務人員比較不用反覆回答楊問題，能減少現場疲勞度，將更多心力放在提高服務項目，肚子餓的話櫃檯也有點心，像小型咖啡廳，夏天可以玩水 ，晚上還能地下一樓三溫暖 。

  酒店位置很好，部分房间可以清楚地看到高雄港！特意高价定了个豪华港景房，意外发现房间居然有阳台，本来是很完美的事，但是阳台门和窗户都不能开，非常失望！酒店团队客人为主，档次一般，不能期望值太高！唯一好的是服务，晚退房没问题，这一点很好！

  就在时中心位置，出行很方便，周边有很多饭店和便利店，但也就中心区的关系性价比还是很高的，值得带老人和小孩出游的朋友选择，价位可以的

  地點十分方便，出酒店就可以搭輕軌到西子灣，台鋁，駁二特區文藝氣氛去旗津享受海港吃台灣小吃，尤其出門右手邊過橋，愛河盡在眼簾，搭船遊覽高雄港，夜景十分美麗
