同意前面顾客说的，昨天凌晨一点左右到酒店，一成年妇女说我订的是不包接送的，我说明是电话沟通包含接送机才下单订的，结果给我开了一个很旧下降档次的房间，又说如果不满意让我们退单并且退还接机车费，据理力争后又给我们开了个单间（我订的是双标，凌晨了这心情啊……）真实事件，供大家参考，真是非常坑
