住了好几天，天天晚上都有免费送牛奶，最后离店这天由于是晚上的航班，又给免费延迟退房，非常满意，前台小姐姐们都很热情周到~翡翠酒店果然不一样楼道里都有展示，价格还不错，下次来昆明必来朱，住多了人都熟了!哦，对了还有机器人看可以送外卖呢😁

到附近出差，就订了一家最近的，价格也不贵，进酒店办理入住时就感觉前台的服务很好，进到房间就更让我惊喜了，完全不像200多的房间，房间设施设备非常完善，下次来，一定会再选这家酒店的。

不知道什么原因，房间里的空调不是很给力，客房服务马上给调换了新的房间，赞！前台遇到一个应该是新实习的小伙子，在老员工的指导下，很用心地工作，加油！

酒店已经是第三次入住，现在的前台服务质量对比起来还有带提高！实习员工态度很好反而老油条还给客人摆脸色！我也不知道为什么？既然开通了网络通道定房间.国庆期间带一家人高高兴兴来你家酒店住.何必摆什么臭脸色！不想上班就Go home.呵呵！酒店舒适度还是很好.硬件设施虽说是进口一线品牌但是居然625房间里的面盆中有3处已经出现明显成旧感！反而打理房间阿姨和停车场大叔餐厅及服务员的态度灰常好！最后决定换酒店了.酒店的早餐还是很丰富啦.假如以后再来昆明没有更好的酒店还是可以再次入住！如今压金400刷的预售一直没有下落.不过相信酒店还是会好好处理.
