在滇中尚浴温泉酒店泡温泉，最大的感受就是很实惠。一是200、300多元的价格，无限次数泡温泉，确实很经济实惠。二是酒店环境整体不错，各种设施很新，房间比较大，干净卫生，床垫十分舒服柔软。三是温泉池比较多，大概有七、八个池子，水比较干净，但不知道是否是真温泉。四是早餐还行，对得起房价，吃得饱。交通及停车很方便，服务水平和质量有待提高。

水很好酒店内环境不错，周围就是马街比较乱，不过我是来泡温泉的，水好，吃住都好就行了，2周内来了2次比较说明问题。

酒店很新，设施不错，自助餐相当划算的，味道也好，所以吃的人多，但服务员很机智，马上安排包间，让人舒服。

自助式早餐不错，有3人以上家庭房，离宜良县客运站约10公里，有城乡班车，4元，车程约半小时，有停车场。房价中含早餐十晚餐或者午餐，都是自助餐，菜品还可以。除了室外温泉泡池外，室内有单独泡池，可以24小时放温泉水。

总体来说这个酒店很不错，可能是选址的原因，离村庄很近，泡户外温泉时会闻到一些臭味。还有就是网络很差，连着Wi-Fi都有点卡。好的地方呢就是户外温泉泡池很多，干净、水温合适，放着轻音乐泡温泉很舒服。泳池的话去的时候正在打扫，看着应该是不错。自助餐品种很多，味道也还可以，订的房间是包含了早餐，如果需要中餐晚餐宵夜可以单独出钱，好像是四五十左右，性价比较高。
