卫生一般，第一天入住发现单子有污点，让服务员换了，第二天清扫就马马虎虎了。服务有问题，热水壶坏了，前后给总机打了5个电话，陆续来了两个服务员都解决不了，服务人员到房间不是来解决问题，首先推卸责任，其次慢慢腾腾地，取个热水壶要等好久，第三，找理由是有客人让开电视，所以时间长!也是无语??有停车场
