硬件老旧。位置不好。服务特别差，还没退房，服务员就自行其是，打开门就收拾清洁了，一副赶人走的样子。管理人员还振振有词，他们都是这么操作的。下午2点退房，交了房卡上楼去喂药给孩子，管理员不停催促，还威胁不退就加收半天房费。

酒店大堂的布置很温馨，酒店给我的感觉很好，但让我最感动的是他们的服务，入住那天晚上十点多想吃西瓜，致电到总台，服务员说西餐厅已经收餐了，但会帮我想办法，过了十多分钟，两个小姑娘带着一盘西瓜来到我的房间让我特别感动，感谢小马和小董贴心的服务，下次到云南来还住你们酒店。
