很美的酒店，地理位置优越，离滇池很近，可以步行去海埂大坝看海鸥，三月底了，还有少量海鸥飞翔觅食，给我惊喜！海埂公园附近有直达对面西山风景区的缆车，山上可以一览滇池全貌。约两公里处，有奥特莱斯，公园1903商业区，购物吃饭都方便，晚上夜景很美。酒店服务好，服务员的服务很贴心，打扫房间时给我留的纸条令我感动！

酒店离海埂大坝走路大概二十多分钟可以到达，坐车到达酒店时服务人员会帮忙开车门，办理入住也很快，酒店很大，环境也不错，值得称赞的是我们问路，工作人员专门跑来为我们指路，自助晚餐很丰盛，海鲜也很新鲜，大堂吧晚上有驻唱，酒水自理，晚上睡觉也安静，退房的时候前台小哥送了小礼物，礼宾部还帮忙预定了第二天的出租车，总之很好的一次体验，要是房间再送点水果就完美了，毕竟五星级嘛。下次来昆明还会想要入住的酒店。

这是迄今为止住过最好的酒店！洲际的硬件完全配得上他的名声，而洲际最好的地方是胜在服务和为客户着想的本心！办入住时，前台送了小朋友棒棒糖和画纸画笔，还有小孩子的洗浴套装；因为连定五天的高级房，后三天免费升级为豪华房；住到第三天时，小朋友胃炎，酒店周到并热心的服务，还送了小朋友毛绒玩具；无论是酒店的保洁人员还是健身房的服务生都非常有礼貌我，服务体贴入微，很多暖心的细节，不再一一描述，这次入住的感觉非常好，感谢！
