酒店位置很好，离火车站和地铁站都蛮近的。服务不错，今天早上电梯突然停在5楼不动了，打前台电话，一会就有人过来处理，很及时。退房时忘记开发票了，回到家发现后，打电话联系，马上开了电子发票。服务真的很到位！就是酒店门口没有明显的标志，第一次来的人比较难找。

酒店位置距离火车站很近，早晨起来去吃一碗老字号米线，最好不过了……
酒店服务五星级标准，从入住前到入住后我的问题很多，打了不下三个电话，都一一耐心友好解答提醒，行李下车有专人代拿行李至酒店前台，办理流程也很顺畅简便。
第二天一早站在景观较好的玻璃窗前，思绪万千，还写了一段小文发给朋友，这趟云南之行，实属一次说走就走的旅行，入住的酒店和服务都非常棒！

酒店老了、设施跟不上都不怕（很多老牌酒店不都是历久弥新吗，硬体不足，软体补啊），但就怕做服务的人麻木了、疲乏了。套房的床单竟然缝缝补补又十年，地板已是满目疮痍，还好指出的问题能够及时得到补救，酒店的跟进速度也是及时的、也很暖心，但这些不是本应该可以避免的吗？非常时期，不离不弃，还连续入住，要珍惜哦。

入住的是套房，酒店开业年代虽然比较久远，但维护的还是不错，客房卫生做的非常彻底，没有吃早餐：所以不好评价。套房不知道是不是都在西边，西晒很严重，虽然是四月，但房间异常闷热，另外，卫生间的地漏会窜出很难闻的阴沟味，冲淋房没有手持花洒，这两点也让人很不舒服。
