不得不说，旅游城市的星级酒店要自动降一个等级！
不过还是看得出酒店的努力，早餐和服务是最赞的地方，不足的是卫生还有位置.可以看到很多浮灰，位置不是很中心，出行略不方便.
最后不得不说的是：两家人前后分两个订单，一家人被升级，另外一家没有，小朋友哭了半天，略尴尬！酒店面对此类问题处理不足，不够五星级酒店的称号！

首先：预订的双床房进店后发现是大床，酒店回复是elong未反馈，elong客服回复只能尽量满足，做为一家成熟的旅游网站和五星级酒店，互相推诿，不推荐！还好酒店后来解决了，再次提醒大家：一定要确认清楚，不要到后面再发生不开心了！
其次：先后订了两个房间，帮朋友预订的免费升级了，这让人很尴尬！到底是住还是不住呢？本来是一件很开心的事,但是实际上一家瞬间不开心了！

酒店总体印象不错，交通可能是昆明大环境的影响，比较堵，打车到滇池大概30分钟。设施较新，视角很高，可以俯瞰整个昆明。服务热情周到，其中一间房老人腰不好，给加了硬木板。早餐品种丰富。总之一次愉快的居住体验。
