  我凌晨4点定的房，到了前台，前台说入住不了，非要我定昨天的，但是平台显示过了12点就只能显示今天的，我说定不了！服务员很不友好的怼我：别人都有能定，你为啥定不了？作为服务行业从业人员，应当帮客户解决问题！而不是这种服务态度

  因为出差，接待方推荐的酒店。住了两晚。。首先说第一晚，因为晕机，点了外卖，外卖小哥不能送到房间，这个可以理解，但是在我出去拿外卖的时候既然碰到了一个猥琐男人往各个房间门缝里塞那种不堪入目的小广告。。这个就很无语了。。。第二晚，分明早上和前台说过请保洁员打扫房间，结果就丢了个垃圾，床单什么的没换不说，就连简单铺整都没有。。
