  酒店室外环境还是很不错的。只是可惜，室外游泳池只能盛夏时候才适合孩子游泳，现在还不太是时候。 客房服务人员态度都很好，为我们服务的是刘小兰，有求必应。 但是缺点也是有的，譬如所谓的儿童乐园实在太小太简陋了，感觉只适合三岁以下的孩子。而且房间隔音效果不太好，邻屋的大哥大半夜一直在放歌曲。 整体还是推荐的。

  酒店环境优美，坐落于山水之间，空气清新，干净整洁。早餐也不错，种类很多，油条很赞。服务热情周到，宾至如归，大厅的杨辉和客房的董仲梅印象特别好，对待客人有家人的温暖。酒店位置也很好，距百里峡，鱼谷洞等景区都很近，老人孩子都满意，下次有机会还会来。

  五一假期一家三口自驾出游，一路国道，沿着美丽的风景，不知不觉到了酒店，尽管假日高峰，但酒店的服务人员丝毫没有懈怠，无论前台，餐厅，停车场都能感到宾至如归！停车很方便，车场够大，将近两百个车位，还有充电桩，入住办理很快，大堂，楼道都很整洁，自助早餐也很棒，品种丰富，而且上餐很快，晚上有户外烧烤，还有乐队演出！特别满意的就是酒店服务人员的服务，尤其是餐厅的服务员，节日客人多，特别辛苦，但真的是有求必应，服务规范，培训很到位，可以说是最满意的一次出行！

  酒店环境优美、设施完备、位置优越，离百里峡、鱼骨洞泉、高山漂流等景点都不远。酒店服务很好，特别是服务员董仲梅大姐非常热情，帮助解决房间孩子被褥问题，还特地赠送果盘小吃；另有服务员将行李送至车场，服务贴心，非常感谢！五一假期人多，错峰出行感觉舒适。

  服务品质非常好，有任何问题需要物品都能随时有人帮助，及时满足。服务人员亲切友好，也会主动打招呼。 酒店环境很舒适，房间内部打扫的干净整洁，空间也算比较大了，loft上下两层都有独立衣柜，楼下的大床非常宽大舒适，提供两种不同软硬的枕头可以自行i选择。 环境很好，泳池特别棒，夏天带孩子来游泳应该很舒服。整体室外环境宜人，绿化面积大。 临走的时候还送了手伴礼，还给孩子送了小礼物。
