莱阳最好的酒店了，前台服务态度好，周边出行方便，周边小吃店非常多。退房的时候还给了小礼物，非常非常喜欢。

非常不好的入住体验。1、作为星级酒店，入住信息无法从后台及时确认。顾客一直在前台等待确认。2、客房的取电卡卡在未做任何通知的情况下被取走。不知道是什么人进过房间3、房间卫生无法保证、用过的电蚊香片及包装纸在“经过打扫”后仍然摆在床头。总之。入住体验特别差。对于客人的问题置之不理，迟迟没有反馈及应答，更别提解决

酒店停车，早饭都挺好的。但是因为泡澡的时候用了点姜粉，不小心擦手小毛巾掉进洗澡水里，退房的时候，居然说污染了一个小毛巾，要赔20块钱，当时我也没说什么，但是那种程度的污染，用漂白皂或者84洗洗就好了。客房服务真的不怎么到位。
