提前三天定的房，在订单中还说明了优先安排大床房，可是去了果真就给标准间，酒店里面的车不多，吃早餐的人也不多，难道大床房就没有吗？不太理解，既然这个价钱能出房，就应该满足顾客需求，才是真正五星该有的标准，给安排的房间有窗户，不过跟没有也差不多，都是死的，打不开，就起到了阳光能照进来的作用，不能通风。这一点很差劲。

酒店进去烟味非常大，我抽烟的人都有点受不了，感觉像所有烟味都附着在房间的每一个角落，另外就是酒店服务人员很不规范，进房间不敲门开门就进，多亏上了链锁否则很尴尬。有待提升……
