  酒店服务很好，从前台办理入住到客房员工，服务积极主动，需要的客用品都会及时送到。前台Bill安排了喜欢的房型，客房杨主管配了儿童拖鞋浴袍及洗护套装，服务暖心。值得入住！

  大中华区第400家希尔顿酒店，很魔幻！😄大堂在51楼，餐厅在52楼，50层以下到32层是客房，透过房间的落地玻璃窗可以俯瞰市区和遥望城市天际线。景观不错！最妖娆的是淋浴房，同样巨大的落地玻璃窗，可以一边洗澡一边欣赏夜景。😄去年才开业的酒店，各种用品都很新，尤其是布草超赞的！前台服务很热情，客房服务员还需要加强培训！茶包和咖啡包没有及时补充，体验很不爽！小住两晚，总体来说还是满意的，好评。

  第一次陪女友来兰州，俯瞰城市夜景很舒服！服务人员也很好 无论是前台还是礼宾部相关问题都会给予解答。旁边的面店味道无敌价格实惠惊人！如果排队点套餐免排队！

  整体是不错的体验，硬件设施较好，装修设计很精致，能感到酒店想往上进取的心。但软件服务上着实还有待提高，希望能更细致一些，以及工作人员不那么拘谨僵硬
