该酒店虽位于海石湾较好地段，酒店是新开酒店，设施较新，周边配套吃饭不太方便(入住需要斟酌考虑)。另外大堂服务经理态度较为生硬不够变通。退房时间他们是一点。不是行规两点。(到一点准时赶你下来大堂服务员如说)……说是原来人家投诉没有用，你可以再次投诉。希望准备订酒店旅客可以酌情考虑！
