周围交通方便，8月12日晚八点多入住时，由于房间纱窗被风吹下来，我兰州的朋友去找前台处理，被前台的服务员骂了一顿，态度十分不好。还追问我们为什么开窗户，反之你们为什么设立窗户，真是无语了。第二天退房时楼层服务员态度不好，过限制时间一分钟都不行。兰州人民饭店，还配“人民”吗？没有宾至如归感，你们是窗口行业，代表兰州的热情，只知道挣钱，不懂服务，看来离实业不远了。

酒店位置非常好，在步行街上，逛街购物吃饭及坐车都很方便，不远处就是黄河风景线，也方便去看看。只是酒店的设施比较老旧了，电视效果不好，床也比较窄，硬，标准房间都比较小。

酒店在比较繁华的张掖步行街上，附近有新世界超市，大众巷美食，及晚上的夜市等，逛街购物吃饭都很方便，只是酒店的设施比较老旧了，我们的房间入住时发现灯是坏的，修了很久，耽误不少时间。
