酒店总台服务不好，既然房间的电话要收费，住了这么多的酒店第一次听说还要收电话费的。不是我掏不起，而是这样的酒店服务让我好无语，既然酒店的电话要收费，总台是不是应该要告知了？这样的酒店简直就是坑人的。
