因为在艺龙网预定且缴纳住房金，本人基本是按部就班的来到酒店！但遇到不可思议的情况！酒店前台都不知道我预约的情况！态度也不好！经过交涉，他们和艺龙网联系才发现有预定了！但心情一下子很不爽！真心不希望再出现这种情况发生了
