酒店的舒适度还可以，空调不冷，朝向南的热的要命。房间找不大内部电话指南，电话按键老化，很不好用。我曾经向服务台交待，帮忙叫出租车，时间到后，服务台给房间打电话说出租在楼下等，结果下楼后，根本没见出租车的踪影。又到服务台问，说不知道此事，怪异！可见服务管理一般。

该酒店处于七里河区，该区主要是也没有好酒店，该酒店设施陈旧，性价比不高，这个价位在市中心区可以住到更好的酒店
