  优点：酒店位置绝佳，雪山下东巴谷景区内，骑马放空游山玩水都可以。酒店的设计风格完全在我的审美上，真的超赞，简约的质朴风，每件家具每个角落都有精心搭配的软装，看的出花了不少心思。服务很好，每位工作人员都很热心尽职，积极主动地帮助客人解决问题，我们家小朋友入住的时候身体不太舒服，酒店主动提供氧气罐，帮小朋友准备清淡的饮食，晚上小朋友弄脏了床褥，也很快来人更换，真的非常过意不去。 酒店免费酒水饮料目前也都是有的，虽然品种不多，但是让客人的感受非常好。房间的设施都很有档次，BOSE 蓝牙音响，喜马拉雅盐灯，床品舒适，空调尤其优秀，非常安静。酒店坐落在山脚下，夜晚非常安静，睡的很好。 缺点的话，硬件上，空调制冷系统不那么给力（虽然基本用不上），景区内有时候有表演，会稍微有点吵闹，但基本那个点都起来了，还不错，房间面积也合理。 公共区域的卫生还是要多注意，古老的建筑物，木头质感很好，真的还挺考验后期的维护，很容易显脏。 看的出来，目前人手紧张，所以难免会有一些不到位之处，完全理解，我说那么多有的没的，也是希望酒店做的更好 相信下次来的时候，应该有更好的体验，期待。

  超级超级nice的酒店啊， 到酒店会有一种清凉的感觉，入住的时候前台小妹会带着你参观，像招待朋友一样，对店里的各种陈列品如数家珍。还给我们升级了可以看到雪山的套房，简直棒呆。另外值得一提的是，即便抛开所有设计及建筑相关的因素，单就房间入住本身的体验来看，有一说一，也好过了很多五星级酒店。首先很有温度，强烈推荐
