院落古朴典雅，设施齐全讲究，房间干净整洁漂亮！服务非常好！经与古城里其他客栈比较，这家客栈设施面积环境是古城中很好的，属于档次服务水平比较高的！住的非常满意！还很安静，是个休憩的好地方！

一家三口來丽江游玩，订了蓝莎心苑客栈，店家人很热情，还出门接我们，第一次来还走丢了，多亏老板了！房间很不错，挺干净，床又大又软，睡觉很舒服，住了两天，感觉特别好，临走老板还送了孩子小礼物，人真不错，就像丽江这个美丽的地方！

真是人杰地灵的地方，老板人漂亮，服务还很周到，就连客栈设计也别有一番风味，房间布置很雅致，看上去显得大方得体，很干净，住这么舒适的环境真是一件美事，下次过来丽江还住这家客栈！
