在束河住过最满意酒店。设计独特，既保留了原始的建筑风格，室内的装饰风格也完美过渡到现代感，房间内家具日式风格，小温馨。服务体验挺不错，所有员工都让人感觉温和舒适，随叫随到，自发自觉。去的时候还冷，暖气很给力，房间赤脚都好暖。美中不足洗浴用品一般。早餐，根本没机会吃到，皆因起得太晚……以后早餐时间能考虑照顾一下去度假的人群就更棒了（谁放假不狠狠的睡个懒觉呀）

酒店无论环境还是硬件设施都一级棒，前台的客服也非常棒，给我们介绍旅游线路和好吃的地方，买什么纪念品。但是可能入住的人数太多，客房服务非常慢，隔音一般，奥运期间有点儿吵

在束河古镇正门不远处，酒店整体格局和环境都很好，有设计感。装饰和设备按照星级酒店配备，但我们住的房子淋浴房漏水，漫得地上到处都是。老板娘一直在前台与客人聊天，挺会做生意的。有一点挺闹心的，大理客运站打车到酒店，司机给放在束河古镇北门，说修路不肯进去了，我们拎着两个箱子走了很久才找到，手机上也找不到酒店电话，酒店也没有提前联系告知一下路线，感知就比较差了
