很差的酒店，比经济酒店都还差，根本不要相信什么所谓的四星，就是四星的价格，私人招待所的服务！老板很热情地把我们忽悠了，同等的价格给了我们便宜的房间，700多的房间没暖气，网络出问题，停电，卫生间的门打不开...丽江春节期间零下的气温，没暖气根本不能睡觉。还一登记就收了三天的费用，多收了房费还不给退，我们据理力争地讲了40多分钟最终要回了60元，损失了60元，很无语！

服务设施不象四星的，总台服务人员态度较差，丽江古城里有很多客栈，价格比较实惠，条件差不多，不用在网上预定

入住丽王也算巧合,原来预定的酒店没房间了在艺龙上找到这家..坦率说这家酒店的房间等要比其他几家气派,单它的楼层就比其他几家高,丽王有3层楼!但也正因为楼层高显得电梯是很有必要的.酒店本来就地处高原,客人提着重重的箱子爬楼梯,实在是不好受..当然我们入住的时候酒店前台一位男经理非常好帮助提了一个,但如果当时没有男经理在场可就是要自提了.这种负重爬楼梯而且又是高原,我想很多客人如果年纪大的或者女性一般都无法搬运的.这家酒店的客流似乎没有其他家的多,是否这也是个原因呢? 实际上只要安装个小小的货梯---可以装行李箱就行呀,类似饭店里面上下楼的饭菜传输梯,这个也很方便,但却解决了让客人自己搬运行李的问题..我们退房时候是早上6点,2个超大超重的行李箱我们自己搬了2次,那个累啊!
