酒店虽然住客不多，但是前台还是非常热情好客的，服务很周到，酒店看起来很新很干净，离古城很近，自己走过去很方便，前台还给推荐了旁边一家好吃的羊肉，房间也挺好，宽敞舒适，四星酒店这个价格非常实惠了~

酒店位置优越 古城出门几分钟就走到了 酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服。早晨窗外的景也很美。前台人员服务都很好，很主动。早餐自助的，品种多，个人觉得性价比蛮高。

一次满意的入住体验，首先前台小姐姐服务超好，早餐丰富，最主要的是很安静，家庭房还有小朋友的玩具，小孩都玩得很开心，真心值得推荐，点个赞！

一次开心的经历，本来只是喜欢这家酒店的名字，到酒店后确实很棒，是一个四星级酒店，大堂很气派，服务人员很热情，还可以给我介绍好吃的，领略了酒店附近古城的热闹，确实挺不错的，下次来丽江一定还住这里，真心推荐

带家里旅游入住这家酒店，真是挺惊喜的！首先地理位置特别方便，周边有很多美食，紧林丽江古城，逛街，吃饭特别方便！酒店服务也特别棒，早餐味道也很不错！五星好评

第二次入住新凯达酒店，离古城很近，位于市中心，出行很方便，酒店前台服务员待客热情，还送了早餐，早餐品种很多，保安还引导我们到房间，服务态度很好，很值得推荐的一个酒店。

酒店设施齐全，属于老牌四星酒店，房间面积大，而且地理位置很好，在古城旁边的金凯广场，旁边就有两个大超市，买东西非常方便，吃的馆子也非常多，羊肉，傣味，丽江特色餐馆都很多，很方便，而且酒店位置闹中取静，不错，不错
