交通方便，环境舒适，房间不错。只是热水太少，早餐还是去外面吃吧，夜班服务员态度很差。

跟大家分享住了4晚家庭房的结论：
1) 酒店地点离玉河广场和酒吧街不远却很静
2) 机场免费接送 - 司机师傅准时和服务态度很专业
3) 房间 - 偏冷，晚上7点以后才有热水供应，浴巾有点旧
4) 工作人员 - 前台的还好，但打扫卫生的态度很差和懒散，刚入住的时候发现房里没热水壶向工作人员要的时候被告知没货，得向前台投诉才解决。住了4晚也不怎么样打扫，满地的头发和沙也不扫地
5) 酒店租车服务 - 发现包车带司机去玉龙雪山竟然错开拉两组人，让我门在两个景点共白等了2小时
6) 早餐一般，填饱肚子就算了
