  住宿体验很好！地理位置方便！酒店边里就是公园，晚上遛弯和早上锻炼都特别方便。在一楼大厅🈶免费的茶点和水果！最值得称赞的是酒店的前台服务特别贴心和周到！客房宾至如归的服务让我们倍感亲切！早餐也挺丰盛的。整体性价比高，下次入住还会选择这里！

  从北京到临汾出差，之前就入住过天鹅酒店，以为五星级酒店的服务就该这样。疫情过后我也去了很多地方出差，发现有些酒店已经歇业，有些人员少服务跟不上。再一次入住到天鹅，感觉和之前有了变化。从进入大堂就有经理主动过来问好，主动询问需求，很贴心。大厅也增加了茶歇台，有水果小吃和煮好的茶水。从北京过来一路很累，但到了房间发现客房的服务员已烧好热水，心里真的很暖。到了餐厅和其他任何一个角落接触到每一个人都能感受到他们的微笑和礼貌，而且总有服务人员或者工作人员前来询问意见，超出了我的想象，原来这才是所谓的星级服务。从内心感觉这是一个有“温度”的酒店。

  环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。 设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。 有特别的开床服务，房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。 性价比不错，下次还要入住
