  真心话不想给五颗星，但每次回罗田都住贝壳前台两个小姐姐服务态度特别好，因为每次有小孩子一起所以事情比较多，前台小姐姐都非常热心的帮忙解决，就是那个老头子每次叫开空调开电视都是特别不耐烦还让我们不要看电视看手机，无语，这次晚上住进来居然没有热水，要不是因为前台小姐姐的服务态度好我当时就想退房投诉，那个小姐姐也解释道歉了好久，想想出门都不容易所以这次还是一如既往的打五星好评，希望贵酒店能在房间设施上多下点功夫，还有那个老头年龄大了脾气不好酒店应该多管理一下这样的员工，前台两个小姐姐非常不错，我们每次去都是因为她们两服务态度很好，下次还会去的，希望再不要没有热水了……
