  非常新非常好的酒店。地理位置佳，离高铁站近打个车十来分钟就到了，在开元大道上一眼就瞧见了。前台办理速度也快，服务也热情。房间格局大，视野效果好，房间还有免费的minibar。早餐也不错，种类还是挺丰富的，酒店服务人员都很在线，值得推荐

  来洛阳旅游，看到洛阳新开一家万豪旗下酒店，必须来打卡一下，也是非常满意的入住体验 服务🔔：不得不说每位服务人员都非常有素质和亲和力，入住之前，酒店ays Alisa小姐姐特意打电话告知我防疫政策，入住时还帮忙升级房间等等，办理入住的小姐姐工作熟练且热情，还特别耐心的送我至电梯口。 环境🌿:因为酒店比较新，装潢各方面都很符合年轻人的审美，任何一处拍照都很出片，大堂吧下午茶也是洛阳万怡的网红打卡地，也非常值得各位来拍照打卡。房间内卫生干净，配置大落地窗视野很棒，可以一览周边景观，无敌景观房。 总的来说从进门到离开，服务都不可挑剔，非常值得这次打卡，为每位工作人员点赞👍🏻

  来洛阳感觉很好，而且帮忙升级了房型，很舒服，行政酒廊和早餐都很棒，忘记了前台服务人员的名字，下次来洛阳还想再来！
