房间小得可怜，虽说全部智能开关，但旅客追求的是住得舒适，前台哥哥还说酒店的定位不是在住房方面。那我以为肯定在购物和*方面吧？结果更加失望，购物点超级少，餐饮可以选择的店也不多。真不知道他们的定位是什么？体验感超级差，性价比超级低。

这次来澳门主要是为了拍摄一些建筑外观素材，顺便购物。酒店的建筑外观是由国际著名建筑事务所Kpf设计，入住美高梅也正好能亲身体验他们设计概念下的空间调性和流线布局。
这次安排的房间很舒服，采光不错，顺手拍了几张内景。入住的客人感觉不多，自助早餐也没开，是在房间里用的早餐，服务还是不错的。前台的Tony和礼宾部的Star服务很好，办完入住送到房间，详细介绍房间设施。退房那天Star看我们东西多，还帮忙拿行李送到负一层，非常感谢。

和朋友一起出行的，到酒店办入住已经是晚上9点多了，前台小姐姐Una的服务超棒的👍👍👍，细心又热情、耐心帮我们解答疑问，在得知我们需要购买护肤品时，还贴心的带领我们前去，一路上为我们介绍酒店及商场的设施，真的很nice！！！房间有布置 和水果 红酒 朋友都很惊喜，但不好的是枕头过于高了。
因为是疫情期间早餐都是送到房间吃，感觉可选的种类有点少了，味道都很可以。
感谢jamie帮忙带领我们去到伦敦人，还帮忙提着我们超重的行李🧳，很温暖很棒！很愉快的一次出行，下次还会选择入住🤗

停車場入口指示不夠，尤其是如果從巨蛋方向驶入，完全無，入錯了2次路口，落到停车场没有指示那裏近电梯上酒店；職員超级有禮，服务真的好，房间配套超班，全智能，而且十分整潔

很棒的服務態度，late checkout 也很貼心安排！感覺真的很舒服，應該是澳門酒店服務最讚的！
可惜這次只住了一晚，下次再安排多住幾晚，更好的體驗MGM的美好！

A very nice experience with MGM Cotai. I have stayed here for few times and this time for purpose of stay is to celebrate my birthday. They have arranged a cake and a little lion for me. Special thanks to them. Unfortunately, abit sad that they never upgrade my room to Suite which I expected the most.
