1.订的主楼豪华单间，到店说主楼没开空调，换小楼有单体空调，如果不换就只有加被子，房间不足20平米。
2.房间烟味很重，抽水马桶里的烟灰还没有冲走，床单上有毛发，热水器上面很多灰尘。
3.订房含双早，我们问明天早餐几点，服务员说她也不知道要问一下，然后就没有消息了，次日早上我8点去餐厅，说已经收完了。
4.我们队换房有异议，让服务员反应一下，她说她没有办法。

酒店装修较新，前台美女接待也很热情，让人感觉非常的温馨。房间收拾的很整洁干净，晚上睡觉也不吵，周边交通较为便利，点赞点赞

1.大冬天空调制暖没作用。2.浴洒坏的，马桶坏的。3.只有一床很薄的被子，打电话跟前台说，前台叫我自己去拿，所以前台看起来笑眯眯的，其实服务意识很差！
