订了高级大床房，7到10层的房间，去到前台说只有6楼的房间，去到房间，发现是钟点房，房里的设施都很旧，卫生也很差。跟前台交涉，她们说只有加钱换豪华房，不然就没房，原来订的高级房没有了！说六楼的房也是高级房，和网上描述的都不一样。我们一再坚持要换房，最后换了12楼的房！我们是相信艺龙的品牌才在艺龙订房，原来也没出现这种情况，是艺龙和酒店的沟通问题，还是酒店自己的问题，或者是前台人员的问题，希望可以好好查清楚！以后不要再有这样的事情发生！
