房间挺大的，睡得也舒服。就是吃的太少，感觉不够精致。温泉是凭房卡可去泡一次，温泉池种类不少，基本满足。

2018年春节期间入住酒店，服务非常不专业、混乱，5星际价格，2星的服务水准都没有，那些员工欠缺培训，好像是临时来的，什么都不清楚。大堂工作人员忙而无序，目光游离手忙脚乱，顾客多根本顾及不到。
晚上在温泉池，我带两个小孩，几次毛巾被别人拿走， 找服务员要新毛巾根本就没有，要我光身体去其他点。 找，我没办法两个小孩在池里不敢出来，我在13度的气温下光身子找毛巾10分钟未果，不得不回到男更衣室去要，回来想服务员投诉，反而被说要自己看好自己毛巾，我被气差点晕倒，在广东珠海、清远、花都、惠州龙门去过不少温泉酒店，没有见过这么差劲的。
