从上海来汕头参加婚礼，抽时间来到了想了好多年的梅州，入住贵酒店，度过了非常难忘，愉快的两晚，酒店大气，环境优美景色宜人，工作人员敬业好客，见面都热情打招呼，接连两天的送了水果和小吃，特别是水果质量很好，梨和橙都很甜，特别感谢值班服务经理小苏，打电话我漏接还发短信，期间贴心的照顾倍感春风拂面。

梅州客天下，第一次住了别墅，有管家还有经理亲切的服务，一直很耐心的解答我们的问题，服务一级棒！客天下夜景也好好看，特别山顶的景色，云卷云书咖啡厅拍照也是一级棒，还有玻璃桥，强烈推荐来游玩！

酒店的环境很好，住得很舒服，客家小镇是体验客家民俗风情的最佳去处。可以看到复古的客家建筑，欣赏特色客家歌舞表演，酒店就在景区里面还有很多值得游览参观的地方，线上管家服务也不错，挺满意的一趟旅程。特别要表扬小苏，服务太贴心周到了，不仅主动细心地推荐介绍景点，天黑后担心我们走夜路不安全专门开电瓶车到我们吃饭的“云卷云书”咖啡厅接我们去看演出，看完演出又送我们去“威尼斯水城”看夜景（值得一看），第二天又送我们去走玻璃桥，简直是五星级服务，赞👍，会推荐朋友来客天下

酒店位置在客天下旅游度假区，交通方便，早餐比较好，房间干净但比较小不能加床，别墅位于山腰需要摆渡车接送。
