房间和早餐都不错，就是电话还有分长途和市内，长途要另外收费，貌似现在国内都不区分了吧，这个也没提示下，整体还是不错的

每次出行梅州的首选酒店，交通便利，酒店大堂豪华。刚好游泳池的正式开放，享受下午时光，非常棒！大堂服务生很主动，办理入住超快，邓思敏经理服务倍加周到，非常满意！

每年回老家必住的酒店，装修风格大气而上档次，房间灯光明亮且很宽敞。停车方便，早餐腌面和三及弟汤不错，很喜欢家乡的口味。点赞大堂经理邓思敏的服务到位，热情有求必应。
美中不足的是空调不行太热，整晚没睡，第二天邓经理帮我换了房间，丘英明礼宾也主动打电话跟进有关情况，还送上水果盒，服务贴心。
冬天空调太热的问题，希望今后不再发生。另，冲凉的花洒出水量和水压明显不足和不够，酒店设备维护保养还有待加强与提高。

硬件可以，软件不行，服务员素质差，五星的酒店服务员使用客家话，忘了放拖鞋，纸巾盒无纸，门卡开不了门打电话服务员迟迟不到，空调不开,投诉经理说会处理，然后无再回复，带老人孩子出门，一家整晚热得无法入睡，太失望了。
