  簡直恐怖, 一入房就見到一隻巨大蟑螂走過, 負責送行李的工作人員幾經波折先把蟑螂捕擭,驚嚇情度滿分。最慘係本館和別館原來相隔非常之遠, 一定要有車先可以由本館到別館, 但酒店又唔會安排連接的交通.由於家庭旅行, 其中一個房需要兩張床, 所以其中一房間訂了別館的套房, 但官網上完全沒有顯示(無地圖說明)， 預訂時誤以為像一般酒店只分開兩棟樓, , 完全中伏。酒店日久失修， 房間設施殘舊, 下雨時, 浴室多處滲水,簡直係住過最差的酒店。

  一直都很喜欢泰安的温泉，今天終於享受到了！亲切主动又有礼貌的服务人员，丰富又在地的特色美食，还有下午茶享用，放髹身心，值得推荐。。。

  整體普通 但房內設施可以再加強 自助晚餐 可以體驗自己煮麵很有趣 很適合家庭旅遊 公共設施很多 但要小心滑倒 房務人員很親切

  飯店很漂亮，房間大小也很滿意，床也夠大，訂2人房睡2大1小沒問題，只是房內燈光偏暗，可能比較有氣氛的關係。
