中烟江苏公司院子里，同一个大门进，院子很宽敞，停车位很多，酒店有游泳池是对外营业的，周末不提供早餐，房间很宽敞，设施也齐，卫生状况不错，地毯略旧。前台工作人员很客气，主动给延时退房，还贴心地一房给两卡，方便刷电梯进出。标准间洗手间有电话和门铃对讲系统，走廊里还有保险柜和冰箱。

这个宾馆是烟厂的招待所，在江苏中烟单位里面，门口没有明显的招牌，要进了大门以后往里面走才能看到。是独门独户的一幢小楼。应该年代比较久远了，洗澡的地方还是浴缸加淋浴的设计，房间里的沙发、床、电视都比较老，但总体来说卫生还行，至少面上能看到的地方都还是干净的。定的房间含早餐，但早餐确实也比较简单甚至有点寒酸，品种很少，味道也很一般。总体感觉性价比并不太高，相对于快捷酒店而言没有任何优势，如果不是因为在那周边办事图方便不建议定这家酒店。
