管理还是很好的，或者说软件还行，但是硬件就有很多不足了。首先房间很小，空间局促；第二隔音不好，隔壁说话声音、电视声音还有插插座声音一清二楚；第三洗澡的水忽冷忽热，真真是猝不及防啊；最后就是换气扇轰轰山响，来了睡不着，不开有厕所味道。按理说338的房价应该不至于这么差啊！虽然也有管理较好等优点，但综合评定下来，性价比方面还是差了一些。
