空调声音真的很大，也不制冷。智能的灯，我只想开一个结果按一个就全开，太不智能了。对需要起夜的的人特别不友好。然后就是隔音很差，每次旁边的房间开关门，都特别吵，还以为自己的门被开了。

首先，这个定位的酒店，浴室居然有蟑螂，无法理解。
其次，入住不问入住需求，随意安排房间，不符合品牌定位。整体装修风格较老，地毯有陈年的霉味，浴缸器件生锈。
中途小插曲，刮胡子受伤出雪，点了医药外卖，无法下楼拿，请求客房服务从总台帮忙拿取，居然以无此服务强硬回绝，还好快递小哥贴心等待。
