位置很好离总统府十分钟，电梯不太好使。当天入住比较冷，前台另一工作人员貌似不是前台，比天气还冷，问办理入住吗，全程冷脸未回应，马上来一姑娘笑呵呵说她来办理。酒店老板娘吗？客人不知道你在前台做什么的，最起码回应一下吧。

菲菲服务热情，早餐很好，早餐品种很多，房间干净，卫生很好，对我们出差的人来说非常适合。隔音效果好，房间很大，网络很好，房间很干净，性价比高，前台初见小哥哥服务很好，离新街口很近，走路几分钟就到地铁站，很方便，打扫卫生的服务员很热情，还提供了鼠标垫给我，很开心，餐厅很大，很舒服，有停车场时非常方便，之后出差必住这里，还可以延迟退房，隔音不错，真的对我们这些出差人来说提供了非常好的服务 ，退房的时候还送了一瓶水，真贴心 ，床单干净，枕头干净，地面干净，毛巾干净，被子干净，床底干净，浴缸干净，大厅干净，早餐好，服务好，一直住很好，早餐丰富，口味好，煎蛋好吃，水果好吃，很棒，卫生干净，整洁，舒适，满意，房间大，宽敞，点赞，隔音好
