凌晨两点到达，原订B座，那边前台只有保安了；到了A座总台办理，总台小伙免费给我安排到A座且升级。带早餐，以前吃过挺丰富，这次晚起到九点半早餐结束了，餐厅为我安排了面条，感动😹！服务好呀。电视开机画面有欢迎的语句，有本人的姓名，人性化感觉好。设施、卫生、服务都不错，离我的客户近。

本来是老年人在鼓楼医院住院，带着孩子来探望，所以订这个酒店也是因为离酒店近，孩子才一岁，晚上10点多突然醒了闹了20分钟，隔壁投诉，酒店来了一个男的啥都不问就开始埋冤的口气，话说谁想让自己小孩大半夜的哭？！？我们也已经尽力在哄了，对于吵到隔壁的人我们也感到很抱歉，但是酒店工作人员的语气实在令人不敢恭维，同时也奉劝对隔音有要求的人慎重选择！？？！！
