非常傑出的一間飯店。所有的服務人員見到客人就是問好，可以感受到相當用心經營的高級飯店。客房內維護，以十幾年歷史的飯店來說，已經是很不錯的情況~
對我們來說反而增添少許歷史韻味。建築大師Kerry Hill 將涵碧樓的特色完全展現，留給台灣建築經典大作，充滿著藝術價值，涵碧樓是一間絕對可以放鬆，靈魂得到暫時解放的飯店。再多言語無法形容~ superb !

很好的體驗,舒服的房間,美麗的景色與細緻的服務, 適合哪也不去就待在酒店不同時間的不同角落, 我們下午剛好下了雨沒去泳池, 但下雨的日月潭也很美~~
湖畔房的景色也還是不錯的, 當然湖景房更好, 可惜當天訂不到, 附上湖畔房景圖給大家~

餐食都非常美味，住的房间帮我们升等到别墅区，非常宽畅，有舒适，人员服务水准很高，我们坐游船回岸上时，下大雨，联络旅馆，来接我们，还带了两条大毛巾让我们可以擦干，太贴心了
