整个楼应该比较旧，虽然装修翻新过，但是还是有不方便。比如床头缺少充电口，也没有灯光的总控，起来关灯真的很麻烦。
最不满意的是，虽然预订时说是有窗，但实际房间的窗户外面是通往健身房的走廊，且窗户是一整块玻璃不能打开，就算拉开窗帘也会被走廊里的人一览无余。实际上可以说是无窗了，房间很气闷。
优点是周边吃的比较丰富，离地铁口很久了交通方便。晚上走路去后海逛了一圈也不远。

非常不满意，大厅服务员态度恶劣，不会再入住，收钱不知道收双份的，放水就放一瓶？垃圾，以为不错的宾馆，过去之后和前台沟通，表示无语，一个房间620多，表示不值这个价钱，明明艺龙是500多，告诉我没有这个价钱，非让我付620多才可以入住，那为何还在网上骗人，那么小的一个屋，

定了两个房间，为了挨着近，所以有一个房间的窗户是内窗，但还挺好的，竟然还有小客厅，很大，够孩子玩，我跟朋友也非常喜欢！周边店也大都是小吃店！有一家包子铺卖的包子很好吃！老远就闻到香味！旁边的宫廷小吃店更加完美！天气凉爽可以坐在室外！真的太棒了！跟朋友说下次还要住这边！
